He was instrumental in getting the Texas Dept. of  Public Health to change the rabies vaccination requirements to every 3 years, effective as of March 2003.
His seminar has been approved by the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Practitioners for 2 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits.
