TEDDY (aka Theodore). Teddy is a very striking blue merle and white male with cropped ears that stand nicely. His former owner says he is 2 years old. He has been kept outside since he was brought home as a puppy, was filthy, and has terrible callous growths on his elbows! He also has a golf ball size growth in his mouth that will be examined and tested when he is put under to be neutered. In spite of his lack of training and proper care, he is a big happy and enthusiastic boy, not afraid to meet anybody new, is a gentleman when he is approached, and does not jump up on people. He will be further evaluated in his foster home
