I am Zena and I want to be your closest friend!

Zena is a 2 yr old female Great Dane. She is white and merle with natural ears. She was rescued by some kind Samaritans in Waxahachie from being put to sleep by her owner. They named her Zena because they felt she deserved a better name than "dog", as her former owner was calling her. She is very people friendly and also appears to be very dog friendly! She seems to be a happy and affectionate girl! Other good news is that she has completed successfully her heartworm treatment.

Foster Family Feedback:

Her foster home has found Zena to have lots of personality. She loves to play with toys, is very affectionate and gets along very well with multiple dogs in her foster home. She loves her walks twice a day and walks well on a leash. She is very excited about going for rides! She has made her foster mom and dad love her very much and they say she will make the right home a very lovely and loyal companion.
