Dane Angel Network Enterprise

Dedicated to help Great Danes have a life of quality with dignity and love.

This is SPICE! She is black with very nice natural ears and is about 18 months to 2 years old. She was rescued by a humane society that found her ill and a walking skeleton of only skin and bones. She quickly made herself a favorite at the shelter because of her outgoing nature and friendliness to other dogs and cats. They were SAD to see her go!! Though still a little underweight, she is a good size girl with a long sleek and athletic body. She wags at everyone and smiles that Dane smile showing her good sense of humor and sweetness. She appears to have never been socialized so the world is all a surprise to her. She likes people and doesn't seem to have fears, and with her nice responsiveness, she should be an easy pupil in obedience classes. She will be further evaluated in her foster home.

FOSTER HOME UPDATE: Spice's foster mom and dad say she is a doll of a youngster that is so impressed with everything about her new world! Everything seems new and exciting to her. She LOVES learning about new stuff! She is affectionate and follows them all over the house. She is very responsive, good about being crated and has great house manners. She is a 'talker', and gives big KISSES! She loves all kinds of toys but has the best time with the stuffed babies or woobies. She is friendly and loves to go for walks with the other dogs with whom she gets along great. And when they encounter folks, she says, "Oh! Peeeeople!!" And wants to meet them with friendliness and big wags! They say she is sweet and cute and very well behaved for such a young girl. She is a pretty girl with lots of zest and is quickly learning how nice life can really be. She will be a great student in obedience classes in which she will probably be a big happy star!
