CHARLIE BROWN is nearly 4 years old.  We know his age is correct but he seems to be somewhat prematurely graying in the face.  He has most probably been in some less than perfect circumstances, one of which was his first home who fed him liquor to get him drunk on a regular basis!  The second home reportedly had some volatility which could have caused him to be traumatized.  His initial fears have subsided greatly and he was a favorite sweet dog at the vet's office while being kenneled.  He seems to be afraid of men to begin until he is sure they won't hurt him.  In his foster home, he has judged his foster dad to be one to love.  He has met all the other dogs and resident critters with diplomacy and thinks he just went to Heaven to have all the room to do zoomies in!

He has met the older kids (boys) and adores them.  As his foster mom put it, he brightens immediately when the boys come in.  :-)  He has met the cats without incident and is crating willingly.  He is a sweet and affectionate boy that will do 'lap hugs' and so wishes to trust.  As his story unfolds to his foster home, more information will be forthcoming about Charlie Brown.  But so far all in the family already love him.  :-)
